Executive Chef Giuseppe D’Alessio brings a wealth of experience and diverse skills to Settimo – Roman Cuisine & Terrace, where he has led the team since January 2011. D’Alessio has worked in numerous restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, across Italy, England, France and Germany.
A passionate chef, D’Alessio recalls the first dish he ever cooked was fresh pasta at home with his mother. He brings this philosophy of simplicity, quality and authenticity to the kitchen at Settimo, where he creates exquisite contemporary Roman flavors inspired by the city’s rich history and culinary traditions.
